PRODUCT / EOS

Electrostatic monitoring.
Made for mobile equipment.

EOS combines a sensing module with data software, designed to record field changes and relate them to equipment routes.

EOS product design concept
Concept rendering · Enclosure, sensor count and mounting are not finalized.

One system.
Two components.

The instrument and its data are designed together.

01 / HARDWARE

EOS sensing module

Hardware design connects sensing inputs, the analog front end, controller and power. USB connectivity supports development and inspection.

02 / SOFTWARE

EOS data software

A baseline for device-data collection and history storage has been developed. Physical sensor integration and route analysis are the next validation scope.

A straightforward workflow.

  1. 01

    Check mounting

Review cart structure, movement and grounding.

  2. 02

    Establish baseline

Compare with a reference instrument and record the conditions.

  3. 03

    Record on route

Integrate acquisition of readings and device health.

  4. 04

    Review history

Review recurring changes and missing intervals.

This is the intended workflow. Physical integration and field suitability remain to be validated.
